If any of you guys are still drafting you should check out this free tool for creating player rankings using drag and drop.  It saves a ton of time and has lots of cool features. Does anyone use any similar tools which are fee-based?

I think it all largely boils-down to a crapshoot, with a bit of expertise sprinkled-in.  In the same vein, the years when I think my team looks great they take, but if I enter a deep depression after the draft because I blew it, my team ends up being pretty good. That's why they play the game!

If what he went through, even before the DUI, wasn't personal turmoil then I don't know what is.  I think you have to assume people who reach this point are just being themselves or are purposefully sabotaging themselves.
