I can at least go outside for a little on those 95-100 degree days, especially if I'm out by the pool or something.

Agreed. I'd love to see zero tolerance policies for road rage and egregious instances of reckless driving. Sensible drivers shouldn't have to share the road with people that go out of their way to put other drivers in danger.
