Cumblerand used to be my spot when I lived in ATL. Had about 3 or 4 sneaker shops near each other. Never had any problems up there, crazy something like that went down there.
For everyone getting Ls on SNKRS, did you try right at launch? I decided to actually go for them like 10 minutes after launch. It went through in about 3 minutes.
Agreed, but I guess they figure it isn't worth upgrading the back end because they only get this kind of demand 2 or 3 times a year. They probably are right, but Nike surely does not have that excuse for SNKRS.
I hit at FTL. Had to keep trying the app over and over. I missed out on FTA, but I'm good. I don't think it will be that hard to get these. Might need to stand in that 3pm line, though. To be honest, it would be cool if SNKRS came through so I won't even have to deal with the store. After...

I feel you. I remember buying the Win Like 96 and the FTL manager comes out with a box that looked like it has been through a war. I told him I didn't want that. He tried to clown me saying that the box didn't matter and kept ringing me up. I told him if I am paying for it, it matters...
I got my head starts today at FTL and FA. I will be happy go get them as a present to myself, but I wonder if I will ever wear them. I don't think the Concords I bought last year have even been out of the box.
Close to the same story. I got the notification, looked at it, pondered, did math in my head, remembered that I have to get my furnace looked at tomorrow and closed the app, lol. I bought the Space Jams, Concords, Win Like ones, and Prom Night. I think in total I have worn them all about 10...
That line is crazy but this is the game now. If people can flip it, there will be a line, chaos and backdooring. I am not going to hate on anyone in that line. I think the longest I stood in line was about 2.5 hours. If you have time time and patience to be out there 5 and 6 hours, then more...
Man, that's brutal. Being out there for hours just to get a wristband, go back out there and then get turned away? I would be heated. I saw pics of Bun B with 5 bags full, lol. Not the best first impression.
I guess the only difference this time is it's actually built out now. Last year there was nothing but bare walls. The SNKRS video showed it with displays and such. It looks like they are ready. There is a boutique already over there so I think they will be fine. We will see.
I have no idea. The vibe I get is it will be like Social Status, a tier zero boutique and not just have Trav stuff in there. I actually wouldn't be shocked if they held back stock for the real opening.
I live in Houston and planned on going down there yesterday but my car had other ideas...
