Healthy Kawhi is still very much a game changer. Completely understand Clippers wanting to move on from him but he should have much, much more takers than Toronto. I’d rather pay Kawhi into his late 30s than 99% of the large contracts on a lot of those eastern conference playoff/play in teams...

Yea he’s clearly the issue, which is unfortunate. None of the contracts that are going to push them over the threshold are negative assets. So the path forward is dead simple - Run it back and just dump whoever off the bench for 2nd rounders this time next year.
