Official PITTSBURGH STEELERS 2011-2012 SEASON THREAD vol. THE BOUNCE BACK SEASON

I turned the game off after that terrible 3rd down incompletion on their last drive. Very questionable play call, especially since I think Moore's momentum would've carried him out-of-bounds anyway. Take the safe play, make the Ravens burn their last time-out, win the game.

^ Can't see the difference between the two. Both rely almost exclusively on pace and have a slightly less-worthless left foot than Antonio Valencia. Walcott doesn't have wonky eyebrows. That's about it.

    Nike Footscape Free (Summer 2012)

Non-zig-zag version for me. Yellows are really nice. Thanks for the info.

Thanks for the pics, but... Yuck. Like others have said, looks like I'll be stocking up on the FR2.

What is the rarest occurence in MLB history?

I know that most of y'all are joking, but I'd have to say a pitcher throwing two consecutive no-hitters. 54 up and 54 down is quite a feat.

Arsenal getting crushed by United will prove to be a godsend. Had they not been humiliated, we would've heard the same stubborn rhetoric that's been trotted out over the past few campaigns by Wenger citing his team being "unlucky" or "improving" or whatever. It's a shame that it took this...

Looking forward to those matches. Not so much the result, but the matches should be really entertaining.

Turned out to be the only casualty, thankfully. Would rather watch QPR/Bolton than Reds/Sunderland.

Hey, at least Wenger signed another sixteen-year old! This +!#% is so predictable and sad that it's almost funny now. As for me, obviously a (disgruntled) Arsenal supporter first and foremost - Wolfsburg - PSG - Dundee Utd.

    19th inning in Atlanta.

Based upon umpiring's completely subjective "close enough" rules, I'd have to say that's one of the most horrible calls ever. It wasn't even remotely close to being bang-bang. It was just a terrible call.

To me, the second item contradicts the first statement. 8 mil for a proven EPL midfielder in Adam or 11 mil for a unknown quantity, relative to the EPL, in Gervinho? Of course, Arsenal chooses the latter. I've wanted Arsenal to sign Adam ever since there was talk of him leaving Blackpool in...

Arsenal are a joke right now. Moving slow as molasses to address glaring, crater-sized holes in the squad while their EPL rivals laugh and lure their players away with promises of better money and trophies.  Can't blame anyone for leaving the Emirates at this point; the supporters, players...

    **Official USMNT Soccer Thread**

I said it after the Paraguay friendly, and I'll re-quote myself for emphasis. Completely to blame for Mexico's first goal, and his only positive contribution was one, maybe two, decent crosses. It's Bradley's fault for putting him on in the first place, especially at the expense of Lichaj.  I...
