Used to think the same thing until I had a nightmare customer service experience with GOAT on a pair of OW 4s. All automated customer service responses with no help at all. Luckily never had any issues with SX buying or selling.

GOAT finally canceled my order after a month of holding my shoes for verification. Their customer service was terrible and never gave an explanation of what happened. Oh well never using GOAT again. Might get the guavas instead once the price dips a bit.

I’m having this same issue with GOAT surprisingly. Purchased on the 5th. Got authenticated and ready to ship a few days later, but no progress whatsoever from then till now. Customer service keeps giving the same old automated response with no help. My size is $500 more now from when I copped...
