They look legit to me.

Might just be a factory flaw or something, I can already see some glue stains on the carbon fiber. My Breds, Gammas, and Columbias have all been pretty-much flawless.

Hard call, I'd say they're real. 

0% feedback user and he didn't provide good pictures...I'd say stay away from those. It's your call but in my opinion those look suspicious. 

They look suspicious. I'm no expert on Nike China but those receipts or invoices look a bit sketchy. Ask him for a side picture of the orientation of the strap. The end of the strap should be just covering or right next to the 2nd lace hole. 

They look good, only thing a concern to me is the 23 on the heel. Looks a little bit too wide, might just be a bad picture but they look too stretched in my opinion.
