Alright y'all, i've been lifting 5 days on, 2 days off for awhile.
Fragmenting it into a muscle group or two per day.
However, I think I want to switch things up and workout several muscles per session and add more compound movements to program.
So - more of a full body feel or so without...
This week off has been awesome so far. I've played basketball twice. Still eating pretty good.
The best part is just getting around to all the nagging things that have been bothering me.
Have done a lot of reading, finished this book I wanted to.
And also have a lot of spare time to further...
I've been going to the gym every week day after working an 8 hour shift for a few months now.
This passed week I was worn out, sluggish, and felt like it was more of a chore than something I enjoy.

^you're gonna have to start off doing a lot of running and body weight stuff. Keep your heart racing and don't rest much. It's gonna suck but it will pay off.
you need carbs man. just stay healthy and keep at it. bust your *** in the gym and your definition will come.
use "good carbs" to carb up before your work outs. Whole wheat, oatmeal, sweet potatoes, brown rice etc.
BEGIN with a fly, to stretch the muscle. BEGINNING with a press leaves you more open for a tear.
I am not a power lifter guy. I don't think it's good on the joints. I'm a hypertrophy fella.
I never go lower than 6-7 and never higher than 15.
