Expose for the background and light up the subjects with strobes. You can warmup the photo in post. This is where a leaf shutter shines ala fujix100 due to very fast flash sync speeds. The fast shutter speed kills the sun and a quick blast from the strobe/speedlight to light up subject.

I went with Yongnuo based on reviews and price. The 560iii vs ii because of the built in receivers. Less batteries and things to carry. Not familiar with the neewer 560 but their tt850 is getting great reviews. Rechargeable lion battery and hss. Pretty solid for $100. May pick one up to try out.

If you want to setup option 2. Pickup 2 Yongnuo 560iii (built in receivers) and the yongnuo 603 trigger for your brand camera. The triggers come in pairs. Place 1 on the cam and the other on your 430. That's the exact setup I use. Works great128077. I'm actually thinking of selling the 430 to...

You got it bro. Commander mode shoots a low power flash vs normal mode so the pop up flash doesn't effect your exposure.
