The suede doesn't look good, the leather eyestay throws the shoe off, makes it look shiny and even more cheaper. Should've used a regular black suede/nubuk eyestay along with a darker black sole.
I hope they flop hard, especially if they try charge premium prices for them. Get back to basic solid uppers with the eyestay area being darker than the foamposite. Stop with the colorful laces and slow down with clear soles.
Yea I hear you, but it might've been hard(maybe not lol) for them to charge to 250 for a basic white upper foamposite. I believe they release so many wacky uppers to justify the "premium" price tag. It's probably the reason they haven't given us a lot of basic solid uppers.
Joints look great, especially with black laces(the way it should always be). Such a shame the lengths heads have to go through to get a decent foamposite for a fair price these days lol.
They don't get it, I said the same thing. Joints are hideous as are most custom foamposites. The only customs that ever looked good to me were sole swaps or dye jobs. Leave the foamposite and eyestay alone.
Jordan infra red 6 pack(which was basically varsity red). They released both shoes separately first and then dropped the pack after it was rummored for so long that it wouldn't drop.
Hope those are customs and if they are, those dudes need to chill. All Nike does borrow inspiration from most of these goofy guys who do customs. The main crowd who likes those customs are apart of weather man/thermal foamposite crowd who don't know any better.
I don't care what these things are called, the white eyestay along with the translucent sole are both no goes for me. The checkered carbon fiber also looks terrible on these. These are just a terribley executed shoe IMO.
There's a difference between not being able to afford them Vs refusing to pay inflated retail prices because you know better. A lot of today's market don't know any better, hence the $250 retail price for a so called "premium" shoe. Most honestly think they're supposed to pay more for a shoe...
The Lil Penny's are not that bad, just not willing to pay anywhere near $200 for them, let alone $250. I've never paid that for foamposites, haven't bought a pair since the red metallics(I'm used $200 and less). I was considering the shooting stars at $250 but the dirty move to put them in the...
Extremely. When will heads say enough is enough? Putting these 2 shoes together in a pack was pure slimeball move on Nike's part. Will not buy just off of principal alone.
