    Nike Air 180 OG

It's very obvious to me these two retros have had their midsoles thickness increased a little bit compare to the vintage ones. That's enough to look more chunky to me. Back in 1991 I was still daily wearing Air Max 3 red and grey (my real runners were Asics Gel 101) but my classmate had the...

    Nike Air 180 OG

I compared the dates on the manufacturing tags and seems like the Dusty Cactus was made before the Concord, yet the Nike International logos on the insoles of the Concord is smaller than the ones with the Dusty Cactus. Then I look on eBay for the Ultramarine and some of them have the smaller...

Nike is fumbling the bag. What retros SHOULD they be releasing instead?

This uncomfortable and made with subpar materials only plagues Nike in general. Go try on a pair of retro Asics or NB and they feel pretty much exactly the same as they were back in the day. They are not afraid of making proper retros that can perform similar or exceeds their modern offerings...

    Nike Air 180 OG

They just pulled the same thing as they did with the BB AM86 which is to turn it into a chunky dad shoe. Asics have tried this in recent times with the retro Gel Kayano 5 and 14. Subtle but noticeable.

    Nike Air 180 OG

I bet inverted is an inside joke that they couldn't retro them exactly 1:1 so this is what I ended up getting. Not sure why Nike wouldn't mold the 180 outer cage the same as before, can't see how Avia can sue them now 30+ years later.
