At first, I hated the red liner.  But it has grown on me.  Now, I actually like it because it gives the shoe some contrast.  For those of you who hate it, it won't really matter when the shoe is on your feet.  Assuming you wear the shoe, that is... Gonna cop multiple pairs of these.

UNDS these yesterday.  At first, the cushioning was a bit stiff, but after a few hours, it softened up and now it feels like a 11 comfort-wise. Also got a compliment from my Career Advisor on these, was very unexpected but a nice surprise.

The Elite X's better be really comfortable, because aesthetically they look a lot worse than the 9's.

Upon further inspection, I found that there is a crease of the patent leather in the toebox area of the left shoe. It almost looks like an employee slipped these on in the back. As for the right shoe, I saw a scratch mark on the patent leather in the back. It's the kind of scratch mark you get...

Second pair arrived today (right). Completely different than the first pair. There is a smudge mark on the midsole, and the shoe has this weird smell. Oh well, guess that will be the pair that I wear.

Any info on the lows? I tried on the red pair this weekend and they felt great! Not necessarily the cushion, more so the fit. I just don't understand why they cost $175 when they took away the air max cushioning.
