To each their own but these are really comfortable in my opinion. Definetely a step up from the 30s and even a bit better than the 29s IMO. I have a wider foot and these fit perfect!

Thee are definetely narrower than than the 29s. I've got wider feet and the 29s fit perfect. These hurt initially, hope they break in quickly.

Received my riverwalks last week. Very comfortable shoe. Still prefer the feel of the sole of the xx8 but i prefer the uppers feel of the xx9. Now if they can just come up with some better designs (hate the blocked out elephant print releases) so i can pick up another pair....
