Regarding the question of whether JC's hold up outdoors.. i've played a ton in the 2s and 3s outdoors, and i'm surprised how much tread is still left on them.  they seem soft and flexible..but i think they might be more durable than people think.  i know NW is always saying not for outdoor use...

^thats a great point.  i'm 200 lbs and i run heavy and cut hard. so i love the black foam.  i didn't even think of how lighter people might not feel it or get the same response.  good points.
