A bit more detail: when placed sole-to-sole, the shoes are the exact same length. The difference in space inside the shoe is due to the hybrids having a slightly less plush tongue, i.e. there isn't as much stuffing inside the tongue on the hybrids which makes it feel like there is more room...
I would love for those black/whiite/flame IV's to retro but I'm not holding my breath. I played tennis in those back in the day and love those shoes. I bought the recent black hybrids because they are as close to my old shoes as I think I'll see over the next couple years.
For those of you who swapped laces, how long are the laces on the ATCIIs? 54"? 60" Figure y'all know off the top of your head, before I bust out the tape measure.

Does anyone know whether the hybrids will be a general release (all the usual retailers) or just Nike.com? If they available on Footaction or the like, any idea whether their coupon codes will apply?
Guys, did the cubes ever formally go on sale in the US? There are so many ATCII releases it's hard to keep up...seemed like a few around here got them but I don't remember them ever actually going on sale other than a few places on ebay.
Agree with you on the clays, but the Lavas? I still haven't been able to find Lavas for close to MSRP. And the morning of, I was on nike/twitter/etc. trying to find a spot. Still haven't found any. I see the Lavas for $166 on Dope Factory but that's not all that close to MSRP.
On the quality front, my clays are great....except the left tongue has some extra cloth on the underside which causes it to ride down a half inch relative to the right tongue, and also makes a crease in the tongue on top by the toe box. A nit, but still annoying.
A lot of local shops mentioned in this thread which get the QSs, but so far I don't think I've seen any outside of the Cali/NYC. Are there any shops in the DFW area in Texas that get shoes like this? I'm still frustrated that I haven't been able to find the hot lavas for anything near a...
