Try the v4's. They are more similar to the 2s as far as feel.

I'm not sure where to ask this, but does anybody have any or know where to get free run laces close to university blue? I thought that was the color I was getting with my IDs. The laces I order online are too thick

Got these in today. Colors were a bit off.  As usual, Nike's quality control amazes me. Not quite free :confused:

^mmmm I like how that maroon looks. 

I haven't run in my FR3's yet, and haven't received the V4's. I would say the V4 is closer to the FR2 in terms of the upper being one piece.
