melo 1s are really nice in person. but toebox creases the moment you take a step, the material used especially the heel area is really stiff. still good to get it at retail. doubled up.

one of the flywire that makes the laceloop got detached/snapped. It happened within 2 weeks of me wearing it. I'm excited for them 8)

just caved and ordered the platinum pair hope the shoes are good as advertised. I needed a replacement hoop shoes since my kd6 elites got ruined.

they fit TTS but some might say half big. at least they are really wide but i got my usual size (never even tried going down) if you were one to go up half a size because you have wide feet, then get your true size.

The lace swap makes the shoes look a lot better... I wonder how hard it will be to paint over the elephant print because that's the only part of the shoe I do not like...

kd6 elites are great shoes. great cushioning (plush but responsive), adequate support, and great traction. the shoes were wider than I thought but fit TTS when I wear elite basketball socks (if I wear regular nike cushioned dri-fit socks, too much space in the midfoot area) however, my flywire...

just to throw this out there, but kd6 elites team is pretty nice in person. Wish they retailed for $150-160. had some left over gifrcard and finishline rewards so just went for it.

To be honest, for a pair that is limited and hyped to this extent, this was a very easy cop. I mean I couldn't even get a pair of jordan 1 royal or black/red through ndc when those released. which holds more value is purely subjective
