Just got back from one of the local malls, and got to see the WTKDs, and KD8 USAs in  person. I know its said over and over again..but these things look so badass in person. Much better than even the nike press pics. Maybe it has to do with the clear material, and how the colors still pop...

You might check and see if Footaction is running any of the same promos, or will price match. The store at 225 W 34th St, New York, NY 10122 had the Lightings in stock, as of last week. Not sure what sizes..but the display shoe looked like it was about a 10 or so.

Its somewhat similar to most, if not all retail establishments. Each individual company can take a stock balance, and forecast sell through numbers. If they feel as if they will be stuck with a lot of inventory, they can request trailing credits and/or "VIR" back end rebates. The retail stores...

I don't know production #'s, but they were the only EXTs labeled Quickstrike by Nike. They were sold out on NDC within 6 hours of release and removed from the website all together. Once again...I don't know that anyone has access to production numbers...but when all the other EXT versions are...
