I suppose those have sold out already everywhere by now but you can try calling CH customer service and give them style number C12007. They can check if it's still available somewhere.
@RicoSuave
They seem like a true navy to me, if I'm wrong.. They're, at least, very close to being a true navy. They're much darker than the blazer blues.
They were from NM.com. New, old stock I'm guessing. If I'm not mistaken, this is from the very 1st release of the LG suedes (which, I think, was way back mid-2012). It's only regular suede, not kudu or fragment. Style number is C10227.
Heel area of one shoe was a bit deformed but I think...
They seem to be a LunarGrand copy without the Nike technology. Weird thing is, only DSW seems to be selling it.
The leathers don't look too nice. I feel they actually are even lower quality than the leather on LunarGrands. I'd say try them on and inspect them visually up close. FYI, these were...

Those are nasty, in a bad way. lol
They're definitely a dress/sneaker hybrid but more sneaker. LGs are more balanced.
EDIT: Link to the exclusive MR PORTER ZeroGrand collection for those who want to purchase what RFX45 just posted.
@ArmenExchange
I had two Gilt codes. I did one order during the 40% off + 30% off Gilt and another order yesterday with 30% off sale + 30% off Gilt.
The $139.95 suede LGs came down to to $68.58 + tax.
I believe the $300 VIP platinum threshold is a yearly thing. It's not a one and done, you're a VIP platinum forever. You have to maintain yearly purchases of at least $300.
I wouldn't mind doing PS on the coupons but I need to have a good copy of it. Preferably PNG format. Also, somebody needs...
