I'm on the fence with the chukkas as well. Only thing throwing me off is the contrast blue stitching. Plus, I already have a milkshake wingtip. I believe it takes as short as 45 minutes to as much as a few hours but never more than a day.

@cruzair13 I would say, suede protector spray and wait a day to brush it off (don't brush it on the same day you use it because if there are wet stuff, you'd probably end up smudging or smearing the dirt). 

I actually already called customer service about it. Will definitely follow-up if I don't hear something by Monday or Tuesday.

@vcshoxj6 The chilis should indeed have 3 laces according to this link: http://s2shop.jp/icefield/shop/product/30749/ There's one small photo where all three laces are shown. White on the right shoe, red and blue on the other.
