.5 up might have just worked for me since I have fat feet  Nonetheless, you won't know until you try. Order 2 sizes, then just return the one that doesn't work to your local Niketown or use the free returns option from NDC.

They fit TTS. If anything, I would go up .5 if possible. Maybe throw some Roshe insoles in them.

Although I like the fit, shape, and aesthetics of the Trainers more than the Racers, I really like how the Multicolor effect fits the knit pattern on the Racers more than the Trainers.  The colorblocking on the batch 1 colorways of the Trainers can't be touched IMO.

The Sequoias are so ill. I couldn't get myself to unDS my pair so I got some Grey Racers to fill the void LOL. Nice pick-up

I don't remember what page or who tried it, but they mentioned that there's a plastic piece under the padding that may cut into your achilles if the padding is removed. I wouldn't recommend trying to remove the padding.

You can see a pic of the box on pg. 218. Kiwi Sport Laces - Oval - 45" seems to work perfectly.

FYI for those interested in replacing the "ribbon laces" with the latest batch of White Flyknit Trainers. I bought a pair of Kiwi Sport Laces - Oval - 45" from Nordstrom Rack for $1.75. Here are some comparison pics. The white of the Kiwi laces is a little bit "off" compared to the ribbon laces...
