Recently, I've been thinking of taking one. My local community college offer various classes ranging from hip-hop, modern, jazz, ballroom, latin, commercial (?), etc. For those of you who have taken one, care to share your experiences? Positives? Negatives?

I know they can be expensive, running anywhere from $600 to nearly $1000, but are there any specific brands to keep an eye on? And to anyone who actually owns one, how do you like your jacket? Hmm...that's all I can think of asking right now. Possibly more later. Thanks.
