I'm a size 13 (white boy) and have wide feet too. I play ball in air pennys but I recently got a pair of kobe9 lows.... my goodness. It's like walking on super fluffy rapist clouds. I HIGHLY recommend them. 

Dude I got the 11 lows from last year and I hate them. I rarely wear them. I gotta be honest, I'm not big on the 11s. I don't go wild when there is a release. I really don't see why people love the 11s so much. I think the patent leather is tacky.  But I'm a 5 and 7 guy.

Don't know about the 11's but both TSW had the 11's maybe call them? I'm not sure about the 21s as well but the display size looked like a 10 or 11.
