Broshes, is it too late to get Calypso's for retail at Footlocker, Footaction, or Finish Line? I'm in Los Angeles and I don't see them on the shelf anymore. Do they still have them on the shelf outside of California? I'm trying to see if I can get a store transfer.
I agree. I think it's their marketing strategy. They probably already know it won't sell for $400 so they start off at ridiculous amount, get the people talking (free advertisement), mark off 50% and sell for $200, which is the price they wanted to sell it for in the first place.
Consumers love...
I think so too. Unfortunately, hype sells not quality. MAYBE I'd consider it when they go on 50% sale for $200, but even then it's just plain brown and monotone.
HELL YEAH!!!!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!!! Just like everyone else, I almost bit the bullet and used the $25 coupon. Hesitated, and with a lot of courage I passed again... And bam, $50 off! Patience truly pays off (most of the times), and you guys are the best!
Do I really need to go up a full size on the huaraches?! I never had to do that before and it just sounds ridiculous. I read most of the pages in this thread so I just wanted to confirm with you guys.
Thanks!
Same here. But I'm not a fan with the red laces. It draws too much attention on the red laces and it takes away the spotlight from the denim material. I think they look best with the original laces on them. It keeps the shoes subtle but unique.
Yeah i struck out. I regret not buying it at oneness for $240 now... I don't see too many resellers with size 9-10 and if I see them they're asking $260+

Man, this was a really hard release. A lot of stores got them but they only got one pair of each size. At most 2 pairs of most common sizes like a 9 and/or 10.5. If you weren't the first 10 people in line you basically struck out.
