I wanted to know if all sport blue 6s have brown under the insole with a serial number stamped which matches the one inside the box?

I got these of eBay the guy claimed he got them from Nike. They look good but I never seen under the shoe pad brown like that before the serial matches the box is this something new JB is doing?
