About to cop a pair for $260 shipped. Is this a good price or should I be on the lookout for a better deal? 

Could I get a LC on these TDs? The stitching on the back heel tabs not going through the center are sus but I'm not sure if that is an adidas QC thing or a sign of reps. Want to buy these off a friend. He also repainted the soles.
