I think BLUGRA is beluga gray not blue gray.

I believe so, the last PBs were PIRBLK/PIRBLK/PIRBLK which doesn't make sense so instead they probably decided to fix the style description. PIRBLK/BLUGRA/CBLACK/NOIESS = PIRBLK for base, BLUGRA for pattern, NOIESS just another black. It's unnecessary but that's the only reason i can see why...

It's possibly just another PB with style description fixing.
