I ordered a pair for nostalgia's sake on Friday. Nike delivered them this morning.
First impressions are a little disappointing. Not sure what I was expecting but the colorway just looks a bit flat in person imo
Wow that is some collection! Definitely hitting all the highlights there too. I wish I was US10 and not US11 as I would certainly have grabbed some pairs from you!
I've always been a vapor guy (9, 9.5, X, Pro) but picked up a couple of pairs of GP Turbos in during Black Friday last year.
Transitioned to them for now - my thoughts are that they are a lot plusher, bouncy and more comfortable but personally, felt i gave up a little bit in terms of speed...
Loving all the racket details and the string setups - will have to try some of the hybrid setups myself; wasn't familiar with all the strings.
@JorgeAndres. That's a lot of setups! You have a favourite stick or are they all on rotation?!
Given the current lack of Nike 2022 updates, interested to hear what rackets / string setups you guys hit with!
I play with Yonex Vcore Pro 97 (330g) with Tecnifibre Black Code 4S @59lbs. Fully loaded with leather grip, overgrip and strings it comes in at 12.9 ounces /365g
Yeh, I just got a couple of pairs to try out in the Nike Black Friday sale. They were pretty cheap in the UK after the discount. The bag doesn't feel very inflated /pressurised at the heel but feels more inflated towards the midfoot.
Hope that helps
I can probably help you out with that. Most of the clay shoes are sold in the UK too.
Have a look on tennis point UK and tennis warehouse Europe and DM me. They've both got sales on today
