A lot of the mix-ups I've seen have been them sending people black toe instead of storm blue, or wrong sizes. If they have enough storm blue sitting around to correct orders, then there should naturally be stock of black toes coming in, although who knows how big those numbers are. I wouldn't be...

I second this. Just got my updated tracking a couple of minutes ago after sending them back the shoes last week.

They sent him the wrong size and sent me the wrong color. Wish it coulda been that easy. Didn't hear from Union today, let's see if there's any response come Monday.

Yea, they definitely aren't handling it, because the return address wasn't for the store. My wife sent them an email this morning, but there's no number to call (aside from the shop). I suppose it's a waiting game at this point. Let's hope for the best. I heard a couple of other people got wrong...

My wife got our son a pair for x-mas, but they sent wrong color too. Was told to send back and they'd promise to have one on hold and ship same day. Have yet to hear back from Union and tracking says they received yesterday. Guess we're on the same boat homie.
