Friend of mine came to me with these, I don’t know how I feel about em and need more opinions guys!!

Hey all just looking for a second opinion on these, my main issue is the toe box pointing like that, they are used, could this be from possible wear? Seller has a receipt from a local boutique as well.. any help is really appreciated
