Anyone have this jacket and know how it runs? Website says 24 1/2 inch chest for a medium, seems like it runs big

Saw this on sale for $51 at Saks Fifth Ave...torn between medium and small since this is a classic fit...seems like this is cut a little bigger than the iconic rugby. Anyone have it and can let me know how it runs?
