Mike playing in them would have helped a bit but even still it was a HUGE step down from the 14, even Tinker admitted this. That tongue sticking forward wasn’t it, and they felt like bricks on foot. EDIT: can yall fix the site CONSTANTLY refreshing? Seems like it’s getting worse.

I’m happy with the FR3 release. Sure the print could have been thinner, but it’s a bit more forgiving since the print is darker than on the cements.

All of those are great, but I think these 4’s are as close to a 1:1 retro as we ever got.

The more pics I see the more difficult it is to resist doubling up. These might just be the best Jordan retro ever besides 99’ 4’s and the 2015 Aquas/2018 Shadow 10.

I saw that you posted LNM but they look just like my pair which is LN3. Just goes to show, factory does NOT matter, especially not with these.

And then they make the tongues on 6’s lower than ankle socks lol, go figure.

I went tts on both these and the Re-BC’s. They both feel pretty different from one another but I would not size down on either one. The Reimagineds are definitely more comfortable though.

I normally don’t care for green shoes but these are SUPER CLEAN.

My opinion falls somewhere in the middle. Are these premium quality leather? No, not imo. But as far as I can tell, neither were the OGs. They aren’t terrible either though, like 2012 MB or the absolute atrocities that were the 2011 BC 3. I honestly think later model Jordans during the 90’s...

Looking at the comparison on the previous page I didn’t see anything that stood out on the OG that made it look like they have a better quality leather. To be fair, I’ve never owned a pair of OG 4’s before, but the eye test tells me the quality on the og leather was pretty similar to what we got...

It should be that simple, but unfortunately it isn’t. These definitely feel different on foot than the 2020 Fire Reds or even Reimagined BC, just as an example. In the newer 4’s, I go tts, but I wouldn’t be able to do that with the 2019 BC for instance, had to go up half a size or my pinky toe...

Did you put that plastic tag with the metal key chain on those?

Definitely a great retro. Totally happy with both my pairs even if the EP could have been a little thinner.

For the record, do NOT size down on these. I usually go UP half a size in 4’s but I went with my TTS 11 with these and they fit PERFECTLY even with shoe shields. This new mold is how 4’s SHOULD always be. Man I absolutely LOVE these. We just need WC and Fire Reds done like this now.
