I mean, they’re probably going to be making 50k+ pairs. 4 months is reasonable, I think. Especially being there was no guarantee the Knicks would win, so they couldn’t produce pairs ahead of time. I’d gladly wait 4 months knowing I’m getting a pair I want. Kith 95s says roughly 6 months...

In the recent past, it was easier to justify the NB prices because they were almost (close) the same as paying Nike/JB retail, and it pretty much still is… only difference now is, Nike/JB can be had at a significant discount. NB still dropping solid pairs, but $300+ is a lot in these times...
