In deadstock condition with no cracking and good air bubbles are the 99 oreo IVs still wearable for casual use? i.e once a month

looking to buy a pair of 2001 space jams. DS, some yellowing but minimal, from taiwan. Are these safe for casual wear? what should i look for so that i cantell. i don't care if i can't wear them but i don't wanna wear them and than they break.
