Anybody have any tips on finding puppies for adoption? I've been to several different SPCAs and only found pit bull pups. I didn't adopt one becausethey're going to be too big. I'm looking for a small puppy or should I say my gf is looking. Nothing that will grow to be over 15 pounds...
