Depends on where you live and how much somebody is willing to pay--I'm in NC and it only took me 5 months. NY/NJ/PA or California probably over 12 months. Anybody willing to pay ADM can have it much sooner.

I have the Nike Apple Watch 2 that I use only when running. I like the fact that you can change the faces (Mickey Mouse is my favorite) and it's pretty slick, but I don't wear it very often. I prefer wearing the Rolex's by far.

That red Mercedes is a GLE coupe. Depending on engine probably around 60k? GL63 is probably around 105k G55 is maybe 115k and G63 is over 140k. I rented a GL450 in LA last weekend. Good size vehicle but floaty with steering. Wanted to rent a Gwagen but couldn't justify the additional cost...
