does this remind anyone of an old nike tennis model? think it was the ballistic or sth like that...

my first elites... got the curials in 9.5, my true size. But im reading posts that the elites run half size small? :( not much of an exchange policy where im from damn.

am thinking about copping a pair... either the all white, the camo ones, or the ones in the pic, which are my fav of the lot. does anyone have any info on this pair? all whites and camos are available online now.

i hope watever is holding down the 1st 3 rows of the laces are strong enough. Couldnt make out eyelets, and it looked like it might be just a thin protruding lace loop, besides the flywire. like that it looks lower profile, just would prefer a higher cut. haha!

i just wish they will do something about that outsole and make it work on less than pristine courts. I had the spawns, based off reviews, which mention the great traction, and they were piss for me on the courts i played in. The goto shoe for me, HD 2011 had no such problems on the same courts.

they nv felt low to the ground for me, i had the OG whites and blacks, but i gave them away after i rolled my ankle farking seriously in them. would still love a white and sunshine pair now tho :p

+1 here. had the 2s and the 3s, but the 2's looked so sleek, and the traction was so solid. 3s were not as great oncourt, but they felt a more plush all round because of the padding. underfoot felt the same both models. Not sure if my knees can now handle adiprene tho haha!

Thought I was the only one. I hv the 1.5 and 2.5, and I'm still deciding between the 3 or 3.5. Normally go with the .5s as they supposedly hv a more forgiving ride.

get the romaleos if ur squatting, the higher heel makes it easier for u to go low. not alot of ppl have the required flexibility to get down properly without the back rounding. should have no probs deadlifting as well. but in a pinch, nike frees will work. just not air maxes, like how those...

the AF25 were actually a very decent basketball sneak. great traction, and that full length zoom was particularly responsive. great for bashing and trashing outdoors. as are the garnetts. had some ultraflights, but those didnt do it for me, the cage bit into my achilles, even with crew...

was quite a cult fav back in the day, circa 2006 i guess? the special thing about them was the laces. they wrapped aroung each of the plastic cage/eyelet things, and through the metal midfoot shank, and thru the rear rubber piece. the harder u tightened ur laces, the more they cinched around...
