It depends on whether or not you're going to pursue an advanced degree. I've seen profiles of people with low GPA's, that bang out their GMAT and essays and get into top 10 programs. You're GPA is only one part of the application.

I just started reading the guy's blog, and man he does have a lot of good information on there. He scored a 740, and is about to graduate from Harvard, so he must be onto something. Good looking out on the link!

I think that you've really got to weigh the benefits against the time lost(not working). I mean, if your GPA is 2.7-2.9, and you know for certain that you can bring it up to a 3.0 without much difficulty, then I'd say go for it. If you're above a 3.0 already and are planning on applying to...

I'm with you on the limited time. I try to study an hour at work(lunch break), then another hour at home. I need to start studying for multiple hours on the weekends though. Your profile seems good as long as you can pull off a good GMAT score. At least a 670+. I don't see why you wouldn't...

I'm got the work experience part covered-10 years in the military with consistently increased roles of responsibility. I'm more worried about the quant portion, I seem to be doing well in verbal. Any suggestions for getting a 49-51 in quant? Also, to get a 780(99%). You should have started...
