The dopest onsen is in Yokohama on the top of the building next to the Pan Pacific Hotel in Sakuragicho. It's directly across from the amusement park and Ferris wheel and has an incredible view at night.

I also live in Playa Vista, it was wild to wake up to the cops and news cameras. I am literally a block from where it happened and I didn't hear anything, despite sleeping with the window open. SMH @ LAPD

Damn I'm old. Class of '04. Basically NYU has the best location and everything else is a compromise. Probably the only expensive private school where you get treated like just another number at a large state school. However, being in the heart of the city with time to enjoy it > anything.

I'd start by getting as far away from Nike as I could, while still being in the sneaker/apparel/consumer products industry. I'd work for a start-up like Supra, Clae, or a company that no one has heard of yet, perhaps a company that you create or co-create. The best chance of getting Nike's...
