One of my local spots is getting only 6 pairs of the AM1s solo, I'll try my hand at a pair but if I miss out its on to the next. People in my area MAY not know about them comin here, guess I'll find out Saturday lol

Naw not at all man.I know that the infrared 23 shade is not accurate compared to the OGs, 2000 retro and 2010 retro. But the highlighter shade of infrared on the 2014's looks like how I imagine Infrafed SHOULD look, if that makes sense haha.

i wouldn't mind an accurate version of the Infrareds, can't go wrong with black/red on a Jordan 6 imo

The hate for the 2014 Infrared 6s is real lol. That infrared 23 shade just does it for me, it's the version I like the most.

Clean imo honestly, but you should get what you like regardless what anyone thinks.

I'm one of the few that actually love the 2014 retro. But it's so funny how everyone hated the Varsity Reds back in 2010, then JB proceeds to drop he infrared pack a few months later and now the Varsity reds resell for much higher than any of the recent Infrared retros lol

I feel the same way about the color. It's the only reason why I like this version over the others. I can't speak for comfort or quality on previous versions but it's something about this shade of infrared 23 that I fell for.

Was there any more purple when you did that? I've worn mine a few times and one foot is more purple than the other, but I haven't done anything to rub the paint off.

Walked into my local Champs and copped no problem. I think these will move over time, depending on your area.

So it's safe to say those supposed "black hornets" were these all along then? Wanted to give my Black Grapes a rest so I hope that upper rubs away and has a blackish iridescent look to em.

Believe me the suede is not bad at all. I'm sure the fact that these were somewhat widely available altered people's opinion but the quality imo is not bad.

Idk honestly maybe it's cuz I have a small foot but they don't slice my feet up or anything. I wear mine maybe at least 3 times a week? Not saying there super comfy but I'm not in pain wearin em for long.
