My issue with this release is not a whole lot of stores here got them. No ****’s in my state and Finish Line only had sizes 9.5-12. I’m glad to secure my size 11 through Finish Line but I was getting worried leading up to today.
That’s because “Nike” customer service aren’t actually employed by Nike. They’re employed by a customer service company that Nike contracts to manage their customer’s orders for them. A lot of companies do this since they assume 90% of the job is answering order-related questions.
Submitted order at 7:01 for a size 12 and went back to sleep figuring that I copped. Woke up like 3 hours later and not only was I right, but already got a shipping email.
