for everyone who cant read i have know the guy for years it was someone i met on the net or just befriended. we have done business before but i am assuming he got into some **** he couldnt handle and ended up trying to scam me. I'm not at liberty to post my proof or evidence until the court case...

i honestly dont even need a lawyer just hired one for personal preference.

its all in the contract he only charged me $500 becasue its such a small amount he used to dealing with hundred thousand dollar cases of personaly injury and business contracts.

he wouldnt have takedn the case if he didnt think he was gonna get paid.

how when he only gets paid when i do? no money upfront 

I talked to the lawyer and reviewed the evidence before i even let him take the case, or i would have just showed up at his house or his parent house and confroted the guy and got my money back that way.

yes if you look at his ig and twitter he hasnt posted in forever. look at the comments on his last ig pic people are calling him out.

yes because it was a internet crime of fraud since it crossed state lines it has to be federal.

supposedly he was part of this scam ring for frags and just don 2's that i am also caught up in. i am not the only person and i am not out the most money but if he doesnt get these guys there money back a federal lawsuit is going to be filed agaisnt him and others involved. I'm not exactly sure...

witness and text message confirming the business deal. i mean its not like i dont know where the guy lives or his parents legally i am just not tryin to do anything that will incriminate myself. I have all the evidence needed to get my money back i just didnt want to go this route.

in tennessee a hand shake is classified as a business deal under state law so  yes ill be getting everything back
