Came as a surprise to me when I saw became of reporter Paolo Bandini

I was listening to the ESPNFC podcast earlier today and I thought it was a weird prank at the beginning. The change in voice was so drastic.

I don't know if I will continue to listen to it tbh

Bantz aside it’s insane how many things Messi does at an elite level

Bantz not aside, I wonder what those through ball stats looked like against Roma, Liverpool, and Chile.
and real madrid?

flyeed flyeed your wish may come true brotha.....

However if RM want to spend €70 million on Erickson instead of Bruno, they’re drunk. Flo’s losing his mind

:wow:

“Any player that has not proven anything now costs €100 million.”

I wonder who he talking about? :nerd:

It seems to be a trend though coupe...what are we missing?
What are his weaknesses?

I sincerely think the main issue is that these big clubs don’t want want to pay Sporting that money because it it sets a precedent. Portuguese clubs don’t usually get full market value. Portuguese teams sell a lot of talent but for for bargain prices. Portugal and the Netherlands have always been go to countries to find talent at a lesser price.

So in my opinion, it’s big clubs with with egos saying “nah, we’re not paying that for a guy from Portugal”

João Félix is a different case (for anyone wanting to bring that up). He had a transfer clause and is 19.

Bruno Fernandes weaknesses....hmmm.... good question.

I’d say physicality, strength, and tackling. He is not a midfielder to sit back in the pivot roll. He can play box to box (he sometimes does for Portugal) but it’s not ideal.....

Besides that bro. He does everything a creative midfielder does on a world class level. You’ve seen his goals, he scores with such ease, he looks like a number 9. He’s excellent with both feet (and I mean EXCELLENT). He’s fast and has a great work rate. He’s good dribbler (not Bernardo Silva like), but he’s a crafty dribbler, good ball control.

Great vision. He’s a great passer, yes he’s a risky passer sometimes but Sporting aren’t a great team. If Bruno had world class teammates he’d be more subdued. Not to mention the guy can strike a rocket from 35 yards away with both feet, great FK specialist.

He’s has so many strengths man, has an eye for goal like Gerrard and Lampard had, but he has more swag . Reads the opposing defense very well, always seems to be at the right place at the right time.

 how do you say this and exclude felix though?

This is type ish that gets lost in translation, added to the fact you have no context

He wasn’t talking about Felix. The interview is out, been hot out on Portuguese Twitter. Sucks you guys can’t understand a Portuguese, it’s a great interview. Caught it earlier this morning.

Turin is so beautiful.

The interviewer starts by asking him “how much he’d be worth in this market years ago?” then Ronaldo says “ it’s hard to calculate, excluding Felix because he has so much potential, any player can be worth €100 million in this market. Gk’s now go for €80 million, this is a different era now.” He’s talking about the current state of the market (which he’s right about)

This is the clip

What a reception for Ribery in Firenze. Surprised Fiorentina gave him a 2 year deal, but more power to him. Glad he found a situation he likes.

Yea Icardi's stock has dropped crazy over the last year,,not really in much position to call the shots  . It's been mostly self inflicted too

Lowkey already been the clubs best signing in years :pimp:
