Wait so Bayern has a €120m option on Coutinho but didn’t pick up one on James for like 45? I don’t see him actually going for the 120. Barca will also lose leverage by being desperate to get him off their books next season.

Haha dude, most of the madrid following was against him because he was brown. He only won our hearts because of how he busted his *** working. Florentino was trying to ditch him at every turn to get a marketable (White) GK.

C'mon Coupe! How can you tell this bold face lie with a straight face knowing full well Portuguese clubs been fleecing Europe for the past decade or more:lol:
Benfica by themselves have made almost a Billion selling top talent.
You remember that side they had with David Luiz and Di Maria? Not to mention they've sold Witsel, Silva, Oblak etc.

If we can get 30 mill for renato at this point we need to let him go. Use that money to buy a proper 6 (Roca) and then try to nab another backup winger plus a backup ST and we will have a solid window.

Nobody forced us to buy Navas :lol: again i ask what about Courtois is marketable, he has no personality, not handsome and isn't some all time great, both are basically on the same level, Navas arguably better. Going after De Gea always made sense he was considered better, the spanish starting keeper and marketable. If it was really about that why not go after Alisson last season.
 
The fan base was biased against Navas but it wasn’t his skin lol it was that he was from Costa Rica (and just looked boring.) That’s why much of the world slept on him. He had no profile coming from Levante. And then the fans wanted De Gea because we’d always be linked to him and wanted Casillas 2.0

Hopefully Courtois can prove his worth this season. Last season our defense was trash, but he also wasn’t making too many remarkable saves behind our leaky defense
 
and DDG won the spanish standoff against ManU and now he's the highest paid on the team.
 
If we land Dani Olmo and Rodrigo in the next couple of weeks... It'll be a do or die season for us
