Barry Trotz is not a miracle worker. He was on the hot seat and going to be fired for underachieving until he won.

Could have been. Bad scouting and player development. As much as the Wilpons are responsible for the general operations, they have zero to do with what's going on the in the minors. They signed Bruce when Nimmo was predicted to have these numbers if he got full time opportunities.

Callaway wouldn't be managing the team in 2019 if it were up to me. With how bad he's been and lack of a feel for the game, you have to believe he's on the hot seat in April.
