I have my eye on a pair of these, but my question is - are these safe to wear? I've contacted the seller and asked if there was any separation/cracking or anything, and he said no they should be wearable, so are these safe to go?

the og xii was built to last dude. you should have no problem. kind of like how houses were made back in the day. lol

XII's were built strong. As long as there is no visible cracking or separation, you should be fine.
 
They will hold up for sure. Congrats. Too bad it wasn't the playoff or obsidian colorway though

Worst case scenario is that the shoe separates from the midsole, but im sure you'll be ok...


Just bought the Obsidian's couple months ago and their holding up fine...

You might find the zoom is not as responsive as the Retros... it was pretty early in it's life span, and they were still tweaking it.

, but yeah these are built like tanks. If the outsole separates from the midsole some shoe goo will sort it out.
