In fairness to Simon, he's one loyal Archer. Maybe Mikee doesn't want there because of Tolentino and Revilla. Playing time will be theproblem.Originally Posted by manilaboyxix

true, playing time would be an issue if he went to dlsu. but that mikee reyes can really play, he even plays ahead of the vets in that team, and saw him played well in several games during the first round as well.
this year's rookie batch has been. rr garcia of feu, j teng of ust, reyes and padilla of up although you can't consider padilla as a rookie coz he has played in the ncaa (correct me if im wrong). Dlsu's rookies has showed promise but been inconsistent as of yet, but so has the whole team.
as for the loss to up, another blow to the final four chances. now dlsu should win all their games and hope ue and ust also losses to lower tier teams. if the archers don't reach the final four would this bequality guys the first time they didn't reach it under coach pumaren? oh well, hope the rookies can grow after this year and improve every year, coz don't want to end up like UP which also had a great rookie batch before but couldn't make it in the future or now. reyes and co's batch is almost out. also hope that norberto torres iscoz i don't see anyone in the current lineup who can be the dominant go-to-guy that can easily score when needed. there are some with potential like webb (but can't go to his left), marata (one dimensional player so far), villanueva (too soft), bringas (inconsistent but has the best potential among the archers IMO), oh and if revilla can get his prev form back in the coming years he can be the floor leader that could put dlsu on the right track.
Yup...he's been wearing those since day one...Mark Barroca and him are the only ones not following the team trend...Originally Posted by manilaboyxix
