After sleeping off my disgust from last nights melt down in tempe I can at least walk away knowing we are very young and hopefully our young guys can learn from this. Problem #1 unfortunately isnt one of the young guys but our 3rd year starting qb who looked very average last night. We still got 8 games left and a lot can be done between now and then but Matt is simply not ready for the NFL and I hope he knows it. Sure we got some $$#%%@#* calls (like TJ's penaltys) but once again Jarwanza proved he shouldnt even be out there, Chris Gallipo just doesnt have "it" and over all we still need a lot of work as a unit on tackling. So many times they went to that quick spread throw and we missed the first open field tackle that turned it into a 10 yard gain. Very frustrating. Nothings worse then feeling like u lost a game u should have won. Matt Barkley needs to find somw fire, Lane Kiffin needs to find some fire. We need someone like Vontaze, someone out there with some passion. We left a lot of points on the field lastnight in red zone meltdowns and Barkley needs tocome into practice this week jacked up about getting better and finishing drives. Not sure he has it in him but im sinking with the ship regardless. lets go 'sc beat the wildcats! Fight on!

I agree. USC just doesn't play with excitment anymore. When Pete was their, players were hyped! The announcer said it last night, Lane just isn't that type of coach though.

Sounds like next week for Persa vs the Zookers
After rewatching some of the SDSU game... Michigan's receivers are awful. Not a good one in the bunch.
I can see where Denard tries to make everything perfect for them underneath.
They drop so many easy ones and can catch those duck prayers.

I don't take them seriously, Clemson will handle them, trust.
VT's special teams can hurt Clemson. Our punt pro, kickoff & punt coverage has been weak. Did you see that FG try yesterday? And we went for it on 4th & 1 late and only up 5, partly because of lack of confidence in our kicker.
I haven't gotten to see much of VT. Apparently Logan Thomas hasn't looked okay though not anywhere near what was talked about in the offseason BUT, it's definitely possible they've been holding A LOT back because they haven't played anyone worth a damn.
Our defense is real suspect, David Wilson is good.
First ACC game for VT at Lane Stadium at 6pm. We have yet to play away from Death Valley.
Clemson is coming off of a big game, two of them in a row actually.
