Minutes later, Miami’s Andrew Bain, appearing to be dazed, was escorted by officers out of the tunnel. Miami coach Larry Coker said Bain and teammate Khalil Jones were knocked unconscious, but no players were detained by police.

What's SBB? I obviously haven't been following it. It can come out at just about every southern SEC/ACC school. In particular, Alabama and Auburn returning to prominence is not just coincidence or simply due to good coaching. South Carolina, Tennessee, Georgia. Yes, Clemson too, before I hear it from anyone. I'm not blind.

Oh damn, just checked it out.  Kind of reminds me of this before Alabama curb-stomped us in 2008.
Clemson defensive coordinator Vic Koenning speaks his mind about Alabama's Julio Jones and B.J. Scott
Tuesday, August 26, 2008

TUSCALOOSA — Clemson defensive coordinator Vic Koenning said he is familiar with Alabama freshmen receivers Julio Jones and B.J. Scott, each of whom are expected to contribute in Saturday's 7 p.m. season opener in Atlanta.

Koenning also doesn't mind discussing the cars each of former Mobile-area standouts were driving while in high school.

"I actually ran into Julio in the spring recruiting," Koenning told reporters at Clemson on Monday. "I said hello to him. I said, 'Well, I guess I'll be seeing you at the end of August.' And then he got out and got in his (Cadillac) Escalade and drove off. That's serious.

"And then I went over and watched Burton Scott at Vigor High School at the track over there, and Burton Scott was running around. He went and got in his Escalade out at track practice and drove off. So I'm familiar with those two guys."

Koenning's comments were made on the record to a group of reporters Monday evening.

The defensive coordinator at Troy from 2003-04, Koenning recruits the southern portion of Alabama for Clemson. In 2006, he led the Tigers' defense to a No. 13 national ranking, the school's best in 15 years.
