Ok please do not flame me at all, but I know I must be real late on this : what number is the michigan qb wearing??? And is there a link to a story or a reason why?? The game is on but not really paying much attention, but that # caught my attention...

instead of retiring numbers, michigan honors the player by letting a star player on the current team rock the number. so gardner switched to 98 to honor tom harmon.
